EPEX 2019: OPI 57th Conference and Trade Show |
Energy Prospectors Expo was launched with the vision of inspiring more collaboration within Ontario’s multidimensional energy
industry.The core participants in EPEX are the members of Ontario’s oil, natural gas, underground storage and salt solution
mining industries.The expo seeks to encourage prospects and exploration in existing and new types of ventures.
EPEX delivers on its collaborative vision by presenting speaker panels on subjects relevant to industry activity
and a trade show featuring great industry companies and service providers. Show participants are selected to
encourage innovation, optimization, adaptation and drive new technology.
EPEX is an opportunity to network with Ontario’s energy industries and explore our energy future.

Regional-Scale Groundwater Geoscience in Southern Ontario 2019 |
Come visit us at the Regional-Scale Groundwater Geosceince in Southern Ontario Open House on February 27th and 28th in Guelph, Ontario!
Last year we presented a poster highlighting the Library's involvement with groundwater research,showcasing well record information
that can be accessed through our databases with a membership.This year, in collaboration with the Geological Survey of
Canada (GSC), Ontario Geological Survey (OGS), Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) and the OGSR Library, we will
be showcasing our 3D geologic model animation of southern Ontario in virtual reality. Follow along the formational layers generated by
OGSR Library data to see how the stratigraphic layers interact and influence hydrostatigraphy and exploration in Ontario!
